To recover deleted contacts on your iPhone, you have a few options:
Check iCloud Contacts: If you have iCloud Contacts enabled, your contacts might be synced there. Go to iCloud.com, log in with your Apple ID, and click on Contacts. If your contacts are there, you can easily restore them to your iPhone by enabling iCloud Contacts in your device settings.
Check Recently Deleted: Open the Contacts app on your iPhone, tap on "Groups" in the top left corner, and make sure "All Contacts" is selected. Then, tap on "Recently Deleted" and see if your deleted contacts are there. If they are, you can recover them by selecting each contact and tapping "Recover" in the bottom right corner.
Restore from iTunes/iCloud Backup: If you regularly back up your iPhone using iTunes or iCloud, you can restore your device from a previous backup that contains the deleted contacts. Connect your iPhone to your computer, open iTunes, select your device, and choose "Restore Backup." If you use iCloud Backup, you can erase your iPhone and restore it from an iCloud Backup during the setup process.
Use a Third-Party Tool: There are several third-party tools available that specialize in recovering deleted data from iPhones. These tools often offer free trials, but you may need to purchase the full version to recover all your contacts.
Remember to regularly back up your iPhone to prevent data loss in the future.
