How to Combine Calendars in Google Calendar

To combine multiple calendars in Google Calendar, you can overlay them to view all events at once or merge them into a single calendar. Here’s a simple way to overlay calendars:

Sign in to Google Calendar on a computer.

• On the left side, you'll see a list of your calendars under "My calendars" or "Other calendars."
• To view multiple calendars at once, check the boxes next to the calendars you want to see. Unchecking a box will hide that calendar.
• If you want to merge calendars (move all events from one calendar to another):
• Export the calendar you want to merge. Go to "Settings and sharing" for that calendar, scroll down to "Export calendar," and download the .ics file.
• Import the .ics file into your primary calendar. In "Settings," go to "Import & export," choose "Import," and select the .ics file you exported.

This way, you can combine the events from multiple calendars into one.
